Roku & Google Play Team Together To Conquer Streaming Media
Awesome news! Roku getting an even more diverse selection of content to choose from is HUGE for them particularly when it is from Google. This could signal a lot of different things including Google conceding that they are not going to dominate this industry. It could also be more of a partnership between Roku and Google to give consumer even less incentive to buy an Apple TV than they already have in an attempt to squeeze them out of the ever growing market of people that have decided to cut the cord.
I am pretty excited about this as more options become available the more people will feel comfortable becoming cord cutters since they will have access to more content at better prices, available when they want it, the way they want it.
