Well this is pretty vague to be sure but unless it is a horrible deal or service this is really great news; and if it is essentially their HBO GO service offered over the web then it is a game changer and will be exactly what many cord cutters have been saying that networks need to do for some time now… bypass cable and satellite providers all together and offer their channel directly to subscribers. I suspect it will be something in between the two and be similar to the offering they have with Amazon right now where older shows are available but newer ones aren’t there until months afterwards but no matter what this will be a service that will be interesting to watch develop, and no matter what it is proof that the industry is starting to take cord cutters seriously and realizing they need to offer options.
